Human Resource Configuration
So far HBEC has 927 registered employees, among whom there are 117 professorate senior engineers, 324 with advanced and 224 with medium professional titles, 428 with bachelor’s and 393 with master’s degree or above, and 400 with national-level registered qualification certificates covering multiple specialties like architecture, structure, geo-technology, electric engineering and consultation, working for HBEC’s over 30 special fields in turbine, boiler, hydraulics, I&C, chemicals, electrical engineering, plumbing, construction, structures, etc.
