Regarding the talent team building as the core to sustainable development, HBEC puts a premium on talents attraction and cultivation and builds knowledgeable and professional staff by employing the outstanding graduates of targeted majors in prestigious universities and by establishing perfect learning and developing channels for employees. Meanwhile, HBEC perfects the human resources management system, sets up efficient incentive mechanism, improves the overall quality of technical staff by means of multi-level training and education, and meanwhile, enhances the enterprise cohesive force by promoting the advanced enterprise culture and devotion spirit.

Human Resource Configuration

So far HBEC has 927 registered employees, among whom there are 117 professorate senior engineers, 324 with advanced and 224 with medium professional titles, 428 with bachelor’s and 393 with master’s degree or above, and 400 with national-level registered qualification certificates covering multiple specialties like architecture, structure, geo-technology, electric engineering and consultation, working for HBEC’s over 30 special fields in turbine, boiler, hydraulics, I&C, chemicals, electrical engineering, plumbing, construction, structures, etc.
